Learn2Lift – Ladies Edition is an 8-week strength training program designed to help women step into the gym with confidence and feel strong in their own bodies.

The goal is empowerment: feeling capable, confident, and proud of what your body can do — both inside and outside the gym.

  • 1 Coached session per week focused on technique and progression

  • Education on lifting basics (form, reps, rest, progression)

  • Supportive, women-only training environment
