MY RUN CLUB HAS BUILT A COMMUNITY OF ALL LEVELS OR RUNNERS WHO ARE IMPROVING THEIR 5K TIME, RUNNING THEIR FIRST MARATHON OR TRAINING FOR AN ULTRA.

1:1 Packages

Initial consultation to establish your training history, current fitness level, goals, time available to train, and more to ensure your training plan is suited to your needs and goals.​

Your 1:1 sessions will be uploaded to the training app, allowing you to track your progress.

The training app will allow you to track your nutrition, extra recovery workouts, and other workouts outside the gym.

Eight powerful 1:1 sessions each month designed to give you focus, clarity, and accountability. Together, we’ll tackle challenges, create strategies, and keep you moving toward your goals with confidence.

2:1 & Small Group TRaining
​Training with your partner or friends means you don’t just go on your journey alone—you’ve got teammates to share the wins, ride out the tough days, and fire each other up to smash those fitness goals!
​
2:1 personal training prices start at £25 per session per person, depending number of sessions per week, 1 or 2 per week
​
Small group training is groups of 4-6 people. Prices starting at £15 per session, depending on 1 or 2 sessions per week.
