#LACE UP - TURN UP
Our coached run club sessions are every Monday and Wednesday at 18:30 starting outside Kong Running store.
DCH Coaching has now set up club sessions in Cockermouth on Tuesday & Friday's at 18:30
The DCH RUN CLUB is a coached program totally suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. Training with DCH you will get faster, stronger and learn correct training techniques. All paces and speeds will be looked after so all you need you to do is ‘lace up turn up’.
Thinking of coming along and new to running? We just ask you to be able to run continuously for 10 minutes before joining the group. If you are not quite there yet then please email and I’ll help you get you off on the right track.
We get all ages as well, so we also ask that under -18s are supervised by a responsible adult throughout the session.
DUE TO COVID-19 club sessions are limited to 25 athletes and booking is essential.
A TYPICAL RUN CLUB SESSION
We always start at Kong Running, checking in with the coach, and then head out for an easy run to the location of the workout.
The coach will then lead the athletes through a warm-up and drills.
Runners are then divided into the appropriate pace groups for the main workout which is often 200m –1000m intervals.
Once all done, an easy run back to the store followed by some stretching.
The sessions may be at least 60-70 minutes.
2020 RUN CLUB FEES
£3 per session ( under 18's run for free )
£37.50 for a block of 15 sessions (6-month expiry )
£60 for a block of 30 sessions (6-month expiry )
