Sharon - Run Club

Best decision I ever made joining DCH Run Club. The support from all is amazing. Never made to feel slow. Every run is a team effort.

Started off  wanting to run 5km and have been coached and supported to marathon and an ultra. I've achieved so much more than I ever thought.

Jon - Run Club 

I was always a solo runner and wasn’t sure a club would be for me, but joining this one has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

​

The sessions all offer something different, so you can pick what works for you or do them all. My running has improved way more than I expected, and the coaching makes a big difference, there’s always time for individual advice as well as group support. It’s also a really friendly, motivating group with runners of all levels

Run Clun & PT

From just to run parkrun, to joining a run club at the age for 79. 

Darren took me on and for my 80th I ran my first half marathon (the Keswick half)

​

I trained twice per week in the gym with Darren and then run club. 

​

This could not have been done without his guidance and the support from him and the whole club.
