Wanting the best out of your running and take it to the next level? Or sick of running with injuries? This package will cover a review of your current training, history, injuries, nutrition, and strength training. During the 90 minute session we will cover; warm up and warm downs, strength training, a track style workout and running video analysis. You will also receive a 6 week follow on training plan, which will include strength and mobility workouts via my coaching app.
