During an in-depth 90-minute session, we'll cover essential aspects of running: - Effective warm-up and cool-down routines - Strength training tailored for runners - Some running based on your own personal goals. - Detailed running video analysis to perfect your form But that's not all! You'll also receive a personalised 6-week training plan, complete with strength and mobility workouts based on feedback from your running video analysis - all accessible through my user-friendly coaching app. Don't let injuries hold you back or settle for mediocrity in your running journey.
