    DCH Marathon Group is a coached program suitable for runners looking to take on a spring/summer marathon or just looking to add a quality longer session to a current training plan.

  • DCH Running Fitness Session

    This group is ideal for runners who are targeting improvements in distances that range from 5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon, as well as for just those who like running for fitness and the social aspect of running in a group. Don’t be put off by this or the names of the groups as anyone can benefit from these sessions. Training with DCH you be FUN, it will get faster, and stronger, and you'll learn correct training techniques. All paces and speeds will be looked after so all you need to do is ‘lace up turn up’.

  • Run & Beer Social

    Join us for an invigorating and fun evening of running and socialising! This event is open to all, whether you're an experienced runner or just looking to enjoy a casual jog with great company. We’ll be gathering at the Craft Beer Keswick shop in Packhorse Court at 18:00.

  • DCH Trail Club

    The DCH RUN CLUB is a coached program, The trail team sessions will head out on tot the local trails around the Keswick area. Latrigg, Walla, Whinlatter all being regular locations. #LaceUpTurnUp

  • 121 Personal Coaching

    Perfect for anyone needing some more focus and motivation for their training. This can be a 121 running session or a fitness based session, using kettlebells and bands. All will be adapted to suit one's goals. (Block booking available)
