This 6-week project is ideal for anyone that's looking to kickstart their training, lacking motivation, or training ideas. All you need to do is commit to me, that over the 6 weeks you will Lace Up Turn Up . In return, I will give you the accountability and motivation you need to take your running to the next level.   

The 6 weeks have been designed to get you training consistently, keep you motivated and get you off on the right track. 

Togetherness is key!

We're all in this together and there's no escaping it. My weekly catch up calls, private Facebook group will be just the place to bring us together, full of fun, energy and education. As a team, you'll not just have myself supporting you but everyone else within that team will be there all the way. 

What's included

A full 6-week training plan, with individual training paces and delivered via VDOT coaching app.

Every week, I will host Q&A sessions, check-ins and educational sessions live on the Facebook group. 

A chance to become apart of the online community and meet likeminded people all striving to the same goals, improve their running!
